CEO & Founder
A native of Co. Laois, Ireland, Eamon Bowe brings over 20 years of IT expertise and entrepreneurial vision to Moeboe Group. After graduating from University College Cork with a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Economics, he founded Webo Ltd. in 2006, building it into a trusted Managed Service Provider over 14 years.
In 2020, Eamon launched Moeboe Group to expand his mission globally, connecting businesses with exceptional outsourcing talent. His passion for helping organizations scale internationally drives the company’s client-first approach and commitment to excellence.

Chief Operating Officer
A native of Co. Limerick, Ireland, Ciaran O’Connor serves as Chief Operating Officer at Moeboe Group, working alongside Founder & CEO Eamon Bowe to drive the company’s growth, operations, and client success initiatives.
With a background spanning operations, business development, project delivery, and technology, he plays a key role in building scalable processes, aligning international teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of services across the organisation. His practical, hands-on approach helps businesses identify opportunities to grow efficiently while maintaining quality, culture, and control.
Ciaran works closely with businesses to understand their challenges, guide them through the remote staffing journey, and help them build integrated global teams that support long-term growth and success.
